Legion Introduces Legion Copilot: A Generative AI Assistant for Workforce Management

Legion Technologies, a workforce management (WFM) innovator, has unveiled Legion Copilot, an AI-powered generative assistant integrated into the Legion WFM platform. Initially, this solution will undergo testing among Legion customers in the retail, food services, and hospitality sectors, with limited availability.

Legion WFM boasts an impressive 88% weekly active user engagement. This high level of engagement enables Legion Copilot to offer users more than mere conversational Q&A. It empowers them to perform complex actions via the interface, thereby enhancing productivity for both employees and managers. Legion Copilot’s key features include:

  • Serving as a virtual assistant for employees and managers, providing instant answers based on Legion product knowledge content, customer-specific knowledge, and trusted public sources.
  • Functioning as a coach and trainer, delivering clear and direct responses to employee queries about their roles and offering managers insights into business policies.
  • Enabling automated workforce management actions through voice commands, simplifying access to schedule data and streamlining schedule modifications.

In addition to Legion Copilot, Legion is actively working on establishing an enterprise-grade reference structure for generative AI in SaaS applications. Leveraging its extensive experience with AI in enterprise contexts, Legion aims to set industry standards for the implementation of generative AI in workplace technology.

Legion Copilot is currently in limited availability for early customer usage and feedback, with a projected full launch in 2024.
